    摘要註: 本研究之目的在探討白肉雞不同開放式畜舍環境上飼養管理對雞隻生長和環境之影響,期望瞭解雞隻於不同生長期成長發育之情形。探討畜舍構造及環境和週齡對白肉雞生長和發育之研究做為分配。探討之規模飼養白肉雞兩萬隻左右之畜舍做為本研究範圍,利用三種不同種類構造物之畜舍比較分析,以傳統構造開放式畜舍為本研究目的,並以水簾式畜舍作為本研究之藉引。探討期間以光照、屋頂及綠化、通風及水控管作效益分析。雞隻孵化後到畜舍環境期,之後在五週以內各期間因環境因素影響。雞隻成長期主要是在1、孵化後最初生長時期,主要分為溫度控制及健康和生物安全育雛。2、最大生長速率時期,飼料跟飲水的供應管控。3、生長緩縵期,溫度及濕度相互作用。4、成熟體重限制時期,通風、墊料及熱緊迫關注課題。從五週飼養期每階段所應對環境變化上管理探討,提供飼養紀錄變化差異性及效益上分析。從孵化後至第五週紀錄雞隻成長重量來判斷分析,顯示出若能在開放式畜舍做出有效改善畜舍物理環境設施,對於生長及發育狀況來分析比有明顯提升,有助於雞隻降低疾病引發及提高飼養品質,可以提高養殖戶飼養帶來品質及經濟效益產值提升。 The purpose of the research is to explore the influence of various chicken range settings and feeding management techniques on broiler chicken (Gallus gallusdomesticus) growth and development as well as the overall environment. This research studies the growth of boiler chickens in different age groups based on range structures and environment. The research focused on three types of free ranges, each with approximately twenty thousand broiler chickens. Traditional free ranges are compared with ranges with wet pad cooling systems.Cost-benefit analysis focuses on illumination, rooftop vegetation, ventilation and water management. This study explores environmental influences on chickens during the first five weeks after hatching and moving to a range. Broiler chicken growth is divided into four phases for the purpose of this study. Temperature control, health management and biological safety are most important in the first stage. Chicken feed as well as water supply and management are crucial during the second stage when growth is the most rapid. Temperature and humidity are important during the third stage, when chickens experience slow growth. Ventilation, litter and heat stress are important in the fourth stage, when broiler chickens are mature and require weight control. The research investigates environmental changes in each stage during the first five weeks following hatching. It also provides differences in feeding records and cost-benefit analysis.Analysis of broiler chickens’ weigh growth during the first five weeks following hatching shows that with physical facility improvement, free ranges can effectively increase chicken growth and development. It can also reduce incidence of diseases and elevate feeding quality, which increases quality and output of chicken for chicken farmers.
