面對越趨複雜的環境,不斷地學習及進修,將成為提升自我競爭力的關鍵因素。相關研究顯示工作價值觀與進修動機對於進修意願有其影響力。又工作、家庭與課業間可能帶來的衝突是在職人員考量進修意願的重要因素。本研究旨在探討工作價值觀、在職進修動機、進修對工作/家庭之衝突與進修意願間的關係,驗證工作價值觀與在職進修動機之關聯,及進修對工作/家庭之衝突於在職進修動機與進修意願間的中介效果。擬由研究結果分析,提供大專校院相關單位參考如何加強招生策略,提高在職者進修意願,促成在職人員參與進修以帶動終身學習風氣。本研究採用問卷調查法,以高雄市目前未有參與進修之在職人員為對象,有效問卷共327份,回收率;為93.43%,並使用SPSS統計軟體作為統計分析之工具,就樣本資料;加以分析,分析結果顯示:一、各人口統計變項對工作價值觀、在職進修動機、進修對工作/家庭之衝突與進修意願達部份顯著差異。二、工作價值觀與在職進修動機達正相關,在職進修動機與進修對工作/家庭之衝突達正相關,在職進修動機與進修意願達正相關,進修對工作/家庭之衝突與進修意願達負相關,三、在時間與壓力的影響下,對進修與工作/家庭衝突達正相關,四、進修對工作/家庭之衝突對在職進修動機與進修意願不具有中介效果 Encountering the increasingly complicated environment, continuously learning and advance study turns out to be a critical factor for improving one's personal competitiveness. Previous researches indicate that work values and advanced study motives affect one's willingness of continuing education. Furthermore, the conflict among work, family and study is an important factor affecting in-service staff's willingness of continuing education. The purpose of this study is five-folded: first of all, to explore the relationship among work values, in-service education motives, work-family conflict and willingness of continuing education; then, to verify the relationship among work values and in-service education motives; furthermore, to verify the mediating effect of work-family conflict between in-service education motives and willingness of continuing education; finally, to propose some suggestions for colleges about how to improve recruiting strategies and enhance staff's learning willingness as well as to encourage staff's participation in advanced study and to promote the trend of life-long learning. A questionnaire survey is conducted in this study. 327 valid questionnaires have been collected with 93.43% response rate from the in-service staff of Kaohsiung which not join to education.The study adopted SPSS as the tools for statistical analysis. The findings include the following four points.1.Partial significant differences exist between several demographic statistics and work values, education motives, work-family conflict and education willingness. 2.Work values has a significant positive impact on education motives. Education motives has a significant positive impact on work-family conflict. Education motives has a significant positive impact on education willingness. Work-family conflict has a significant negative impact on education willingness. 3.Under the influence of time and pressure, the conflict among work, family and study has a significant positive correlation. 4.Finally, work-family conflict has not partial mediating effect between in-service education motives and willingness of continuing education. |
