由於國際市場的競爭,低成本、低毛利的削價策略,加上消費者多元的產品需求與嚴格的品質標準,使企業透過轉型或產業升級等方式,提高技術水準、生產彈性與效率,來增加毛利空間,並輔以高品質、高良率來增進企業競爭力。本研究嘗試應用六標準差DMAIC之改善手法,來改善個案公司的扣件加工生產流程,以提升製程效率與產品良率,進而減少顧客抱怨。並透過現有管理制度的改善,來提高企業經營績效,以增進企業競爭優勢。經由對人員、設備、環境、產品/材料、方法與量測等環節,造成產品製程不良的缺失進行改善,並透過切削速度、進刀量、進給率、刀具使用里程等參數的設定與控制,降低了不良發生的頻率,與獲得生產效益的提升。更進一步藉由職務範圍的訂定、作業日程的規劃與品質水準資料的建立,來改善員工作業負荷不均、作業效率不佳與製程能力管控等問題。 Due to the international market competition, price-cutting strategy with low-cost and low-margin, and consumer demand for diverse products and high quality standard. For the purpose of increasing margin and enhancing the competitiveness of business, the business improve the technical level, flexible production and efficiency by business transformation and industrial upgrading.This study tries to use Six Sigma DMAIC to improve fastener working production process of the company in this case to upgrade the efficiency of process and the product yield, furthermore, reducing the complaint of customers. It also tries to enhance the performance and competitiveness of business through improving the management system. It corrects the errors that make the products bad by analyzing Man, Machine, Environment, Material, Method and Measurement; It reduces the frequency of occurrence of errors by setting and controling parameters of cutting speed, amount of feed, Feedrate and tooling amount. Furthermore, solving the problem ,unequal distribution of workload of staff, inefficient operating efficiency and controlling the process capability by setting the limit of work, planning the working schedule and building the data of standard. |
