本論文為研究A公司分析密封元件產業為個案,因A公司在微利時代的競爭力相當,故引發探討A公司競爭力為動機,進而對A公司進行訪問和及蒐集密封元件等相關次級資料,引用文獻中來探討半導體通路商、多角化策略及密封元件之相關理論,彙總成結論與建議,得到研究成果為:一、密封元件在半導體微利時代還是有一定可觀的毛利,可藉由單一密封元件產品出售,獲取利潤來維持公司營運;二、中小企業的競爭力除了在客戶端提高售價外,還必須要向原廠爭取更好的成本,來增加公司營收;三、作為一間長期仰賴進口的代理商,要讓營運成本降低故須進步在地化生產,到品牌自有化,擺脫代售的角色,成功轉型成自有品牌通路商;四、依據多角化策略的資料顯示,讓公司本身的行銷通路變廣,才可以在低毛利的時代增加公司的競爭力,藉此作為中小企業在微利時代提升經營競爭力的參考。 The research structure contains the following sections, by analyze the case of "A" corporation to find a motivation to investigate the competitiveness of "A" corporation in this low-profit era. Through the related secondary data, such as the visit of "A" corporation, collections of sealing elements and several literatures to investigate the other related theories of semiconductor distributors, diversification strategies and sealing elements. According to these information and data, we get four main results of this research.First, sealing elements still have considerable gross margin in low-profit era of semiconductor, by selling single sealing element products can get the profits to keep a corporation's operations.Second, the competitiveness of SMEs are not only to raise the price of products, but also cut the costs to increase corporation's revenue. Third, as the agents who depend on long-term imports should improve by production localization and have their own brands to get rid of playing a role of reseller.Final, according to the information of diversification strategies, making marketing channels become wide can increase the competitiveness of corporation in low-margin era. Thereby become the reference of SMEs to increase their competitiveness in this low-profit era. Key words: Semiconductor distributors, Diversification strategy, Seal elements, Resource base. |
