Summary:	本文研究私募對分析師財務預測的影響。研究對象為2002年至2013年私募的404家台灣上市上櫃公司。實證結果發現公司在私募後有相當大比例的公司,分析師會調升財務預測。除此之外,本文也進一步研究公司本質上的不同,對於分析師在公司私募後財務預測的調整幅度是否會產生影響。實證上也發現成長機會對於分析師財務預測的影響是正面的;公司是屬於金字塔結構對分析師的財務預測都會有負面的影響。 This paper investigates the influence of private placement of equity on analyst’s financial forecast. Using a sample of 404 listed companies and OTC companies that experience the initial private placement of equity, we find that analysts do upwardly adjust their financial forecast following a firm’s private placement of equity. Furthermore, we find that analysts are more likely to increase their financial forecasts for firms with higher growth opportunities and firms without a pyramidal ownership structure.
