近年來,航運業蓬勃發展,相關的行業也如雨後春筍般發展,如船舶用品供應業以及物流業的崛起,由於能以免稅價格販售拉大獲利空間,吸引不少投資者的青睞,轉而投資設立船舶用品供應商或是物流商,造成產業的競爭越發激烈。本研究主要運用Osterwalder and Pigneur(2010)所提出的Business Model Canvas商業模式的九大要素作為研究工具,藉由商業模式中的各個要素針對個案公司進行現狀分析,並經過與個案公司相關人員訪談並進行資料的整理與分析,提出可行性高的營運對策供個案公司參考,使其在船舶用品供應業界更能與其他業者角逐競爭。除此之外,並冀望本研究結果對整體船舶用品供應業業者能有所貢獻,在面對將來可能的產業遽變之時,能夠有系統的訂定實用性高的經營策略,並能有利於商業模式的創新。 經由本研究分析探討後發現,即使個案公司維持現有的商業模式,仍然可繼續在業界生存,然而隨著航運業迅速發展下,為了增加個案公司總體的收入來源,本研究認為個案公司除了在現有的商業模式下,可以尋找更多不同區隔的顧客及其需要之商品、加強售後服務,並增進業務人員的語言能力與對商品的專業知識,提高顧客滿意度,進而增加收入。 In recent years, the Shipping Industries has been rapidly & prosperously developed, in this connection, a lot of related industries, such as Ship Chandlers and Logistic Service Providers, are vigorously grown up either. As the aforementioned industries could make larger profits due to selling their commodities/products in tax-free prices, it would be one of the important reasons to attract the ambitious Investors' attention. In this regard, a great number of Entrepreneurs focus on such advantage of tax-free, they thus altered their invested target to the aforementioned Shipping Industries, such as Ship Chandlers and Logistic Service Providers, as a result of which, those companies should face the fierce competition. This study is based on the nine key elements of “Business Model Canvas”, which is a visual chart with elements describing a firm's or product's value proposition and proposed by Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010). By reference to each element of the aforementioned canvas, this study proposes the highly feasible operation strategies to the case company according to the result of the interview with several key persons for their reference so as to keep their company in a well-competitive position in the Shipping Industries. In addition, I hope this study may give high contribution to the Ship Chandler Industries and it would be helpful for the case company to establish the practicable and systemic management strategy and create the new business model once face the huge change of the circumstance in future. Based on the results, this study found that although the case company, kept their existed business model, might continuously survive in their industries. However, in order to get more profits under the rapidly/prosperously current development of the Shipping Industries, the case company may keep their existed business model, but they should look for the different kind of customers, identify what they need, and reinforce the after-sale service. For the sake of the best profit, the case company staffs should be retrained on their foreign language ability for mutual communication and on the technical knowledge for company commodities/products, and then the case company may achieve the best satisfaction of their customers and the best profit consequently. |
