臺灣自2002年5月全面停止曬鹽場至今,鹽田的文化與生態等相關議題逐漸受到重視。因此本研究以臺南市安南區鹽田生態文化村做為研究範圍,此區域有完整的鹽業場域與自然生態環境,也是候鳥、水鳥與野生動物等重要棲息地。從日治時期開闢此鹽田至今日,成為了歷史文化與生態保育的重要所在地,隨著時代的變遷,對場域空間和地貌的態度已從工業生產轉變為旅遊與保育,將歷史人文與生態保育結合,並復甦與活化為主要導向。本研究以生態旅遊做為鹽場空間規劃之主要目標,透過相關案例的分析與專家學者的訪談,找出適當的發展手法與方向。研究範圍目前劃設為台江國家公園,鄰近北汕尾水鳥保護區,故在空間規劃與再利用層面上,是以低度開發方式為主要原則。整體研究上,以建物現況分析,來探討空間再利用之方向並分析其場域空間之優勢與劣勢;以自然環境調查來掌握旅遊發展因子。其次探討本區域在區位的角色與限制,透過相關計畫與案例分析作為再利用的依據,最後透過專家學者的訪談來探討目前發展上所面臨的課題,並結合生態旅遊操作方式來擬定旅遊發展策略與訂定旅遊型態,使其場域空間能永續發展與保存。 There is no longer salt evaporation pond since May, 2002 in Taiwan, however, the salt pond cultural and ecotourism are getting increasing attention. Therefore, this research is focused on the Salt-Pan Eco-Village in Tainan. This area has completed salt industry and natural ecotourism; also, it is an important habitat for migrant birds, aquatic birds and wild animals. As time goes by, this area has turned the industrial area into travel and conservation area as oriented. This study is aimed at salt pan space organization based on the ecotourism and figuring out the space development through the case studies and specialist interview. This research is located at Taijiang National Park, near the Beishanwei Waterfowl Refuge, as a result, the ecotourism development is based on Low Impact Development. Overall of the study, the first is to discuss the space development with the building's situation analysis, then, the factors of travel development will be analyzed with natural environment. The second is to discuss the region's use and limitations according to the related planning and case studies. Finally, it's to solve the development problem with specialist interview. At the end of this study, the tourism-style will be formulated with ecotourism development policy and make the space be sustainable development and preservation through this research. |
