基於分枝線多模態共振器,本論文提出了四種帶通濾波器(濾波器A、濾波器B、濾波器C和濾波器D)。為了容易地分析四個濾波器的多模態共振器,每個濾波器設計都包含了奇模態及偶模態的等效電路。此外,為了獲得足夠的耦合,所有的濾波器在它們的輸入和輸出端都是使用指叉式耦合線。在製作部分,每個濾波器都是使用FR4的板材,基板厚度為1.6 mm,其量測與模擬的響應都有良好的一致性。在濾波器A、B、C和D,所量測的中心頻率及比例帶寬,分別大約是2.5 GHz/76%、2.5 GHz/78%、2.5 GHz/76%和2.5 GHz/65%。 This study proposes four bandpass filters (Filter A, Filter B, Filter C, and Filter D) based on branch-line multi-mode resonators. To easily analyze each multi-mode resonator of the four filters, the even-mode and odd-mode equivalent circuits are included in each filter design. Besides, in order to obtain enough coupling, all of the filters use interdigital coupled-feed lines at their input and output ports. Each filter has been fabricated on FR4 substrate with thickness of 1.6 mm; the measured and simulated responses of each circuit are in agreement with each other. The measured center frequency/fractional bandwidth of Filters A, B, C, and D are approximately 2.5 GHz/76%, 2.5 GHz/78%, 2.5 GHz/76%, and 2.5 GHz/65%, respectively.
