    摘要註: 促性腺激素釋放激素(GnRH)是生殖系統的關鍵激素(或通常稱為下視丘-腦垂體-性腺體軸心)。它是通過GnRH神經元以某種脈動的方式所分泌的。體內實際的機制和生理影響仍然不清楚。儘管如此,基於一個細胞實驗培養的GnRH神經元, Khadra and Li (卡德拉和李) 提出一個可行的數學模型。他們的模型方程式能夠合理地解釋 G-蛋白質內三個亞基的交互作用,他們與GnRH的共同協調,可以促使這些GnRH神經元產生和分泌促性腺激素釋放激素(GnRH)。然而,如果只是套用兩位作者提供的原始參數值,我們不能簡單地重複 Khadra and Li 得到的數值結果。在這裡,我們建議一個數值方法用來估算 Khadra and Li 的模型中使用的部分參數,並檢查他們的模型方程式的有效性。給與某些簡單的修正之後,他們的模型方程式確實可以展示出GnRH神經元的脈衝式地分泌促性腺激素釋放激素(GnRH)。 Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) is the key hormone of the reproductive axis (or usually called the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonodic axis). It is secreted by the specific hypothalamic neurons in a pulsatile behavior. The actual mechanism and physiological implications in vivo still remain vague. Nevertheless, based on one in-vitro experiment of cultured GnRH neurons, Khadra and Li provide one mathematical model which could explain the possible mechanism of pulsatile secretion of GnRH from GnRH neurons in the molecular/cellular level. Their model equations are reasonable to illuminate the roles of three subunits of G-protein, two are as positive promotors and one as an inhibitor, interacted with the production and secretion of GnRH from GnRH neurons. The solution of Khadra-Li's model equations show the pulsatile nature of extracellular GnRH concentration as well as the corresponding intracellular concentration change of G-protein subunits simultaneously. Unfortunately, we can not repeat their results as directly used of the original parameter values provided by two authors. Here we suggest one numerical approach to estimate those parameters used in Khadra and Li's model and to examine the validity of their model equations. With some correction, their model equations do demonstrate the pulsatile secretion of GnRH from the GnRH neurons.
