    摘要註: 模具產業是工業發展的基石,被稱為機械工業之母,為一種以精密技術大量、快速生產標準化產品的工具,其精確度、信賴度將會直接影響成品的品質及零組件的相互搭配性。優點具有生產快速、品質精良與生產成本低廉。模具製品屬於高度客製化產業,模具業需要依據客戶的需求來進行設計及生產,故模具製程需要使用大量的知識與經驗,在模具設計初期往往就決定了模具生產時的品質、成本與交貨期。 許多中小型的模具廠,遭遇的問題在於模具生產管制與製程規劃的專業知識不足,導致製程缺乏管控規劃造成模具未能依客戶要求如期交貨,無法達到表定的目標或理想的品質。因此,如何將顧客構想、市場行銷調查、工業外型設計、發展實體建立、模具金型製作開發、產品組裝至開模檢討的開發時間與風險減少、成本的降低,符合客戶要求,成功推出商品,成為模具工業的重要議題。 本論文以台灣南部一塑膠模具工廠為研究對象,探討模具開發製程從早期的九十個工作天,透過提升技術、新設備及經營管理,將新產品從構想到量產的製程縮短至一個月,找出現今模具業易遭遇的問題,並提出相關建議,期望建立完整流暢的生產管理製程,並依據加工進度表來協調、分配各部門時間來完成開發製程,控制工程進度,並參考ISO導入品質管理系統,找出問題點,透過持續改善,確保其持續性之適切性、充分性及有效性,提高競爭能力。 研究結果發現,塑膠模具工廠如果針對技術設備提升、分工明確及經營管理加以改善,可達到縮短開發時間與風險減少、成本的降低,符合客戶品質要求。 Molding industry is the base of the modern industrial development or so called the mother of mechanical industry. It uses the precision technology to efficient produce standardized product. The precision and reliability of the process would directly relate to the quality of the finished product as well as the parts compatibility. The advantage is short cycle time, good quality and low cost in production. The molded products is highly customized due to the mold needs to be designed and fabricate according to customer requirement. The mold design requires extensive knowledge and experience. In fact, the quality, cost and delivery dates are predestined already while the early stages of mold design. Most of small and medium plastic-mold-makers have difficulty in on time delivery or miss to meet quality requirement of the mold product due to lack of expertise of production planning and process control. Therefore, the key would be how to build up development model considered with customer requirement, marketing investigation result and industrial design. Also, to reduce the risk, cost and shorten the development schedule including mold tooling fabrication, product assembly and mold design review are all need to be done in order to meet customer requirement and make new product successful. This study takes a plastic-mold-maker in South Taiwan as a main research subject. It improved mold development lead time from 90 working days to 30 days, starts from design proposal to production, via technology upgrade, renew equipment and good business management. The study targets to find out the difficulty in common amount the molding industry and provide the suggestion to build up a completed and efficient process control procedure. Coordinating time schedule of related departments base on project schedule is the method to control the progress of the development project.In addition, ISO quality management systems taken as a reference to find out the key problem and make sure the improvement action is proper, completed and efficient via continual improvement. It is the way to be more competitive. According to the research, the plastic-mold-makers could improve cycle time of development as well as reduce risk, decrease cost in production and meet customer requirement of quality via technology/facility upgrade, clear definition of each department’s responsibility and good business management.
