摘要註:	隨著世界各國家日漸重視政府開放資料(Open Government Data)的議題,開放資料已日漸的成為政府與民眾間熱烈關心的新興潮流。相較於國際間各國政府對開放資料推廣的進度,我國近年來開始積極推動相關政府開放資料活動。然而關於台灣政府開放資料的平台現況一直沒有相關研究著手去探討,鑑於此,本研究擬以台灣中央及地方政府開放資料平台為研究對象,透過決策樹葉節點的分佈情況,建立自動化評估方法檢視各平台的標準,以能初步瞭解目前中央與地方政府資料開放平台的現況,使平台品質能夠更完善的提昇。 Open data has emerged to be a hot topic recently for the government in the world. Many governments and people around the world are publishing government open data for public well-being, and so on. Compare to the world promote the progress of open data, Taiwan are begin the later. In recent years, the Taiwan governments are also striving to establish platforms for users to access. However, the status and usage of these platforms are still unclear. This study will try to assess the central and local governments open data platforms, and make up the decision tree to do the platform auto indicator assessment, then building the platform quality means . We hope that this research can provide the government a step stone for building better open data platforms.
