Summary:	本論文研究架構是首先確定研究的背景與動機，研究的目的，經由資源基礎理論與資源依存理論、競爭策略、與磁磚生產流程等相關理論和文獻探討，初步構思研究的架構與設定研究範圍，確定研究的方法，進行訪問和蒐集磁磚相關次級資料，以A公司為研究個案，將所得資料加以分析，彙整成結論與建議，藉此作為磁磚產業或其他產業在越南經營企業提升競爭力的參考。本研究主要的結果是：一、期盼能根據研究結果提出越南磁磚產業提升競爭力的建議，供相關當局領導者的參考。二、台商在越南投資越來越多，本研究除磁磚產業之外，對一般產業如能以此一研究觀察判斷去經營，對所有的台商也將會有相當大的助益。 The structure of the thesis; first is to determine the setting behind its background and its motivation. The objective of this research is to analysis A Company as a case study, with collect necessary information in order to reach conclusion and give suggestion. As well as Given by the support of study of related theory and literature as follow, The Resource-base Theory , Resource Dependence Theory, competitive strategy and ceramic tile production processes. In addition with creating the boundary of design research structure, setting up the research scope, to ensure the methodology of research and development in ceramic industry. As the result to improve the competitiveness of the company, as an example for the ceramic industry as well as other local Vietnam industry.The main objective of this research as follow :1、Given by the results and the facts of the research this study hoping to make a difference for the tile companies in Vietnam and improve their competitiveness in this field of the business, and respectively for current leaders in authority as a reference study.2、There are more and more companies coming abroad invest in Vietnam, the information gathered form this research is not only helping the business in this filed but also with the business in all aspect as well.
