    Summary: 本研究的目的主要探討高分子聚合物添加濟對磷酸鋰鐵/碳複合材料的性能影響。以共沈澱法製備非晶相的磷酸鋰鐵後添加不同高分子聚合物於600oC-700oC燒結合成出一系列的磷酸鋰鐵/碳複合材料。並藉由X-ray粉末繞射儀、掃描式電子顯微鏡、粒徑粉析儀、熱重分析儀、BET比表面積分析儀、拉曼光譜及電化學方法針對複合材料的特性進行討論。聚苯乙烯聚合物與磷酸鋰鐵陰極複合材料相較於其他高分子聚合物顯示出較佳的電容量。因為聚苯乙烯與磷酸鋰鐵複合材料的放熱峰接近磷酸鋰鐵的相轉移溫度,而有較佳的碳化程度。根據拉曼光譜的分析,聚苯乙烯有較高的(D+G)/PO4值表示在磷酸鋰鐵/碳粒子表面上有較高均勻和碳被覆,所以有較佳的電化學性能。 The goal of this research was to study the effect of polymer additives on the performance of LiFePO4/C composite. A co-precipitation method was applied to prepare a series of LiFePO4/C materials by calcinating amorphous LiFePO4 with different amounts of polymer additives at 600-700oC. The materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction , scanning electron microscope , particle size analysis , thermal analysis , BET specific surface area , Raman spectral and electrochemical methods .The LiFePO4/C composites produced by pyrolysis of PS polymer exhibited a better capacity comparing to others types of polymeric compounds. The PS showed a better performance because the exothermic peak of mixture is close to the temperature of the LiFePO4 phase transformation resulting in a better degree of carbonization .According to Raman spectral analysis, PS have a larger (D+G)/PO4 peak ratio indicating higher uniform and carbon content coating on the LiFePO4/C particles and resulting in a better electrochemical performance.
