Summary:	我國政府於九十四年修定的文化資產保存法中新增設「文化景觀」的項目，正式將保存維護的主體由單體建築保存觀念轉變為較大區域尺度保存概念，但目前文化景觀在台灣仍屬發展較未健全的文化資產保存觀念。近年來國內已有幾處文化景觀登錄保存，僅有空泛的範圍和登錄名稱，卻未見完整的保存維護計畫架構提出，對文化景觀缺乏整體性的邏輯思維，仍以類似古蹟或歷史建物單項保存方式思考，足見文化景觀在台灣面臨的推展困難問題。本研究以文化地理學、都市規劃學、景觀生態學、文化資產範疇四個領域的探討，重新審視文化資產觀念，幫助地方建立脈絡性的價值觀念，對整體保存的對象及環境價值有更深一層的認知與標準為主要目的。透過國內外文化景觀意涵回顧與都市規劃學、景觀生態學、文化資產範疇理論演繹，提出文化景觀保存維護的本質組成涵構，根據文化資產保存法系的探討，建構文化景觀保存維護程序性規劃流程，提供公部門面對大尺度保存維護的主體一個具體方向與處理方式。本研究將文化景觀本質涵構與保存維護程序性規劃流程以實例研究空間以2008年指定為文化景觀之「高雄縣橋仔頭糖廠」為實際案例分析，經由此工業地景型文化景觀實際案例的操作，本研究推演之結論為以下三點：一、文化景觀的主要組成基礎元素為自然景觀與人類活動、人類建造物經由文化營力而成，文化營力因子為文化景觀價值的表徵，具有可判定的特性，文化價值可分為社會、精神、象徵、歷史、真實與美學價值，可經由時間與空間因子脈絡分析而判定。二、本研究提出之文化景觀保存維護計畫的程序性規劃是可操作與實際應用的，可作為未來文化資產保存法對於文化景觀保存維護計畫內容規範的修改方向參考。三、本研究提出的保存管制與維護管理原則可為其他工業遺址參考，其土地使用、古蹟建築、景觀生態、安全性、機能性與整體性六個面向可作為基本準則，並依實際發展情況作調整，具有通用性。 Our government has added a new item of “cultural landscape” in the law of cultural property preservation which is modified in the year of 2005, and has officially transferred the preserved and protected object from single unit building to a larger area. The aspect of cultural landscape in Taiwan is still in an unwell developing phase. There are few cultural landscapes in Taiwan have already logged in to be preserved with only wide and empty range and their registered names, but a complete structure of preserved and protected plan has not been brought up yet. An integrated and logic thought of cultural landscape is still lacking and people still think preserve and protect cultural landscape is the same as protecting a single unit such as public historical buildings. What has mentioned above shows the difficulties on popularizing cultural landscape in Taiwan. This study has re-examined the aspect of cultural property from making a research on four areas which are cultural geography, urban planning, landscape ecology and cultural property. It is hoped to build up a valuable sequence of idea. The main goal of this study is to help people gain a further cognition and standard on integrated and preserved objects and environment value. Bringing up the basic essential structure of preserving and maintaining cultural landscape by reviewing the meaning of cultural landscape in both foreign countries and Taiwan and deducing the theories of urban planning, landscape ecology
