摘要註:	對於利潤低的高科技電子產業而言，物流管理不但可用以提升企業競爭力，甚至是企業獲得顧客服務改善、成本降低之最好機會，但就目前商業競爭的局勢而言，增加收入並不容易，因此企業通常使用的策略不外乎是對品質加以控制等方法，在生產技術趨於成熟的今天，品質控制已不是影響成本的最大問題；反而是現在消費者意識高漲的時代裡，消費者對於產品品質的要求越來越高，對於不合用的產品或有瑕疵的商品也都會希望廠商能夠回收處理，而此種將產品由消費者手中返送至生產者手中的返品物流(reverse logistics)也日益增多。消費者對TFT-LCD產品的需求有別於一般商品之特性，其產品售後服務及回收維修之需求較高。故TFT-LCD流通業之物流系統規劃亦較為獨特且複雜。本研究探討TFT-LCD產業之返品物流對企業的影響，主要探討個案公司現階段返品物流之流程及所面臨無效率及困難之處；及探討返品物流與備品存貨的關係結果，對實務界提出本研究的建議。本論文的研究建議如下:因為返品物流的回收需求之不確定性。本研究建議採行備料同盟策略以降低企業的財政負擔，使公司能從返品物流中獲得利益。另建議個案公司將可維修的依據時間點以製造完成日為區分線，才可算出更確實的返品所需的安全庫存備料。研究結果可提供個案公司及其他的企業機構，於進行返品物流之參考依據。 For low-profit high-tech electronics industry, the logistics management can be used not only to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and even enterprises improve customer service, reduce the cost of the best opportunities.But on the current situation in terms of commercial competition and increase revenue is not easily, so often used in business strategy is nothing more than methods such as quality control, since the production technology in today's more mature, quality control is not the biggest problem with the impact of the cost; it is now the era of high consumer awareness, the consumer From the product quality is getting higher and higher, are not used for defective products or goods will also hope to recycling vendors, and such products back from consumers to the producers to return their goods logistics (reverse logistics) also increasing. Consumers TFT-LCD (Computer, Communication, Consumer electronics) products are different from the characteristics of general merchandise; service and recycling of their products meet the needs of higher maintenance. Thus, TFT-LCD circulation of logistics and distribution operations in the recovery to be incorporated into the reverse logistics, the logistics of TFT-LCD circulation system planning will also be more unique and complex. This study investigated the TFT-LCD industry’s reverse logistics how to impact of the enterprise.This research mainly discusses this case company present stage of the reverse logistics to face the inefficiency and the difficulty; the research also combination of the Porter's value chain concept, using the concept to testing the logistics of returning goods process is cost-effective; final, goods and then return to explore the logistics and inventory model the relationship between the outcome of the amendment, put forward on the practical recommendations of this study. This paper's research suggestion is as follows:Return goods because the demand for the logistics of the uncertainty of recovery. In this study, the proposed alliance preparation strategy adopted to reduce the financial burden of enterprises.To distinguish the goods can be repaired or not, this paper suggest it should be based on the time the manufacture completes the date, in order to calculate more accurate reverse logistic safety stock.The findings may provide the case company and other enterprise organization, in carrying on returns to of reference the reverse logistics.
