Summary:
從之前的研究得知在微帶天線中加入負載電容可以使工作頻率降低。在設計一個天線時,通常無法事先得知要將電容放置什麼位址和多少大小。在之前的經驗中,將電容遠離中心,可以得到較低的操作頻率。天線設計時,希望有簡單的參數與方程式可以做為設計時的估算。例如、負載電容的位置、天線的大小與負載電容的大小都將決定天線的基本工作頻率。因為圓形微帶天線的頻率控制相對其他微帶天線容易,因此本論文將模擬不同半徑與不同大小的電容放於不同的位置的圓形微帶天線,並且固定厚度與介電材質進行模擬。將模擬出的結果進行數學分析與統整,可以得到不管天線的大小是多大與加上負載電容,其降頻的最大範圍為其原操作頻率的三分之一。除此之外,這篇論文,也將得到一組式子來控制圓形微帶天線的半徑、負載電容的大小與位置來設計此一類型天線的最低操作頻率。 From previous studies, it was found that a capacitor-loaded patch antenna could radiate at frequency much lower than traditional patch antenna. This allows the capacitor-loaded patch antenna to be used in the area that was previously not possible. In general case, the larger the loaded capacitance or the further away from the center, the dominant operation frequency can be decreased. In antenna design, it is usually desirable that one could use a simple formula to handle the parameters, such as the loaded location, the patch size, and the capacitance, so that one can predict the behavior of the antenna under these parameters. The circular patch antenna with only the radius of the patch as the parameters seems to be a good candidate for this type of unified formula study. In this thesis, the operating frequency of a capacitance loaded circular patch antenna can be maximized operate at about 1/3 of the original frequency. In addition, a model is developed to predict the behavior of circular patch antennas when capacitance is loaded at certain location of the patch antenna.
