Summary:	本論文的研究主要是試圖描繪出南韓政府在1997年以後與財閥之間關係的樣貌，並且提出促進兩者之間關係變遷的因素。用以解釋為何從威權政府以降的政商關係開始出現不同的變化，並且清楚表示出這些變化的特徵。南韓財閥從李承晚政府開始發跡，歷經軍人政權朴正熙政府的特意扶植，在幾次五年經濟計畫和重工業畫之後成為南韓經濟發展的火車頭。政府與企業之間的關係向來是具有上下指導關係的。然而這樣的關係因為外部國際因素的影響以及內部民主化的壓力，逐漸走向平行關係。在1997年之後，金大中政府更進一步採取有別於過去親群關係所產生的政商互動模式，改以社會統合主義的模式和財閥進行談判。在此之後政府與財閥之間的關係呈現了隨著國會的壓力而調整的現象。直到李明博政府亦是如此。 This essay traces the changing patterns of government-business relationship in South Korea since 1997, and shows the reasons of those changes. The first chapter looks at the importance of government-business relationship, the second chapter presents a brief overview of those patterns in the past. The third chapter examines the pattern of government-business relationship under Kim Young-sam. The fourth chapter presents the impact of economic crisis to government-business relationship under Kim Dae-jung , and the fifth chapter show the pattern under Roh Moo Hyun,Lee Myung-bak. The last chapter is the conclusion which point out he reasons of those changes.
