    摘要註: 在金融大海嘯的衝擊之下,國內零售業供過於求的現實經營環境使得許多零售業者的經營效果和業績表現不佳,此日趨競爭激烈的現象使得業者必須要確定自己的經營政策及方向,以健全零售業現代化的經營管理,並以正確理論和專業的實務經驗互相連結,如此才能發揮組織經營管理能力,達到永續經營的目標。本論文透過個案研究法,以金門縣員工消費合作社聯合社(金聯社)為研究對象,透過深度訪談金聯社高階主管,並採用一般經營模式、SWOT 分析與五力分析等管理技術,從宏觀與策略性的觀點來探討個案公司之競爭優劣勢及創新行銷之規劃,以提供金門的零售產業之相關參考。本研究結果建議(一)應與公部門及團體進行連結;(二)應建立顧客信賴,(三)應施行創新行銷手法,(四)應重新審視人力資源政策,(五) 應加強代送商與金聯社的夥伴關係。 With the impact of financial tsunami on the world economy, the retailing industry has been facing a tighter competitive threat than ever before, and in consequence results in deficient management performance. Therefore, the executives of retail business has to assure the correctness of their own management policies and directions, to cultivate professional administrators, to integrate the management knowledge of modern retail business, and to link accurate theories and practical experiences to develop organizational management ability to achieve the goal of sustainable operation. This thesis conducts a case study that subjects on the Benefit Center for the Union of Governmental and Employees of Kinmen County (Kinmart) to explore the retail operation strategy. The data is collected by interviewing Kinmart executives. The general business model, SWOT analysis, and five force analysis are employed to explore Kinmart’s strengths, weakness, opportunities, threats and the creative marketing plans. The research results suggest that (1) Kinmart should highly connect to the department of government and group, (2) Kinmart should earn the customers’ trust, (3) Kinmart should develop creative methods of marketing, (4) Kinmart should review the Kinmart’s human resource policy, and (5) Kinmart should build a close partnership with their suppliers. Managerial implications are also addressed.
