Summary:	我們用合適的廣義性指數方法來分析量子校正能量運輸模型，並且以嚴謹的假設去證明離散解的存在性和收斂性，半古典極限執行時可以使限制的函數獲得最小估計值，最後當允許半古典極限在離散層執行時我們可以獲得均勻誤差。 We analyze an exponentially fitted finite element scheme for thequantum-corrected energy transport model. The existence and convergence of the discrete solution is proved by compactness argument.The semiclassical limit is carried out recovering the minimizer of thelimiting functionals. We derive uniform error bounds which allow forthe semiclassical limit on the discrete level.
