Summary:	量子校正的能量運輸模型包含了七條對稱的非線性偏微分方程方程式，根據參考文獻「10」廣義的Scharfetter-Gummelz方法分析收斂性質，我們使用這個方法證明對所有的方程式皆一階均勻收斂，不受得比例縮放的德拜長度、普朗克常數、導熱性和內部密度等參數影響。 A convergence analysis is given for the generalized Sharfettrt-Gummel method proposed by E. C. Gartland [10] for the quantum-corrected energy transport (QCET) model which consists of seven self-adjoint non-linear PDEs developed in [5]. We show that the method is uniformly first-order convergent for all equations independent of the scaled Debye length, scaled Planck constant, scaled heat conductivity and, standard scaled intrinsic density parameters.
