摘要註:	應因時代潮流及兼顧國防安全與經濟發展，國防政策已轉型成為「平時養兵少，戰時用兵多」之建軍目標，也就是運用全民動員力量，達到及時動員、及時作戰與就地動員、就地應戰的作戰型態。而後備部隊負責重大災害應變支援及國土安全守備任務，平時以少數人力經營後備部隊龐大的軍品整備，在傳統人工作業運作方式，經常產生錯誤導致效率低落且作業成本居高不下，如此處在一個即時且大量多樣的後勤需求，對後備部隊後勤作業能力而言是一項嚴峻的挑戰。有關軍品裝備如何快速精準滿足作戰需求，達成立即動員及人裝給合的後勤管理相關辦法之研究，是一件刻不容緩的工作。現代化企業物流的興盛，其開端源頭來自軍事後勤的發展，兩者有著密不可分的淵源。本研究以後備部隊庫儲軍品管理方式為探討的對象，採用民間物流中心作業系統，並導入自動辨識技術的後勤作業程序，進而分析對動員後勤工作產生何種效益。研究結果發現：(一)大幅提昇軍品庫儲管理之安全性，(二)將資訊科技引進庫儲管理，除減少國防成本，對提升國軍正面形象將有所助益，(三)減少人工作業失誤，提高工作效率。關鍵字：庫儲管理、後勤管理、RFID In support of the defense security and economy development, the national defense policy has adjusted to the goal of “less military in peace time, more military in war time”. The combat type is changed to be mobilizing and replying timely and locally. The reserved forces are in charge of supporting unexpected disaster and maintaining land security. It has to manage huge military goods with little manpower. However, the logistic requirements for various types of goods have been a challenging task for the reserved forces. This results in operation deficiency and high cost under the traditional manual operation model. Therefore, analyzing the operation processes and adopting an efficient way to manage military goods become increasingly important. This research conducts a case study that deals with the adoption of logistic operation processes based on the business administration theory commonly used in industry. The radio frequency identification (RFID) system is used in the logistic operation process. Research results indicate that (1) the operation security is highly improved, (2) defense cost is reduced and military image is enhanced, and (3) operation efficiency is increased and operation error is reduced.Keywords: Inventory management, Logistic management, RFID
