    摘要註: 物流原為台灣經濟發展中,企業連結供應鏈上下游成員之重要環節。傳統的物流運輸雖然仍可使企業活動運作順利,但在面臨競爭激烈且顧客化的時代,卻無法為本身企業帶來競爭優勢,故整合倉儲物流運輸便順勢而起。在善用資訊科技的力量與創新的企業流程概念,使得新興的整合倉儲物流運輸在整體績效上更快速與有效,進而創造企業的獨特性與競爭力。 本研究以國內某物流運輸業為對象,來了解目前國內的物流運輸產業之發展現況,採用質性研究之個案研究法,針對其所承包的委外物流作業系統:傳統物流運輸及整合倉儲物流運輸,使用參與觀察法及深度訪談法,將所蒐集之資料,以波特價值鏈做總體的經營模式分析、比較與探討其不同物流運輸方式的優缺點。在面臨瞬息萬變、競爭激烈的物流運輸市場,如何予以整合資源,發展因應對策,找出使委外作業提供者與委外作業使用者共同取得之雙贏的成功策略。最後針對物流運輸發展於學術界、政府相關單位及實務界提出相關之建議與未來發展方向。 本研究結果發現:一、傳統物流運輸因人事管理不易,削價競爭,導致服務品質的不穩定;且對於公司(使用者)相對應的產物運輸保障也縮小,故市場日益萎縮,淪為二線物流運輸的支援或配合角色。二、整合倉儲物流運輸能因應市場所需,在資本額增加的狀況下,接收倉儲、運輸及客服的業務,將營收入擴大;且採取標準化及科學化的管理,使運輸設備達到最高的運作率且減少人事支出,以達最佳之公司績效。三、公司(使用者)在減少倉儲與運輸部門之同時,亦減少了人員與內部系統的發展成本,可使更多的成本與人力投注於塑化產業本身的核心事業,將可使本身的核心事業在同業中更具競爭力。 Logistics is an important link of business supply chain in the development of Taiwan’s economy. Although traditional logistics (Physical Distribution) can make business work smoothly, in the time of competitiveness and customization, it can’t bring prevalence for the companies. Therefore, logistics integration is needed at this time. By using the information technology and the new concept of business-process, the logistics integration will be much faster and more effective, and will create the uniqueness and competitiveness of the business. This research takes one of the logistics companies in Taiwan as an example to understand the development of the logistics companies in Taiwan. We use the case study method of the qualitative study to study its outsourcing logistics system: traditional logistics and logistics integration. We also use Participant Observation and In-Depth Interviews to collect data. The collected data will be analyzed, compared and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the different ways of logistics by Michael Porter's Value Chain. In the fast and competitive logistics market, how to integrate resource, develop strategies and find out the successful strategies to have the win-win situation for the suppliers and users. At last, I will refer to the suggestions and the future directions about logistics in academic, government and industry. The result of this research find out:1.The quality of service of traditional logistics is unstable because it’s not easy to manage staffs and the price is often decreased for the price competition. And, the protection of the product transportation to the companies (users) would be minimized, so the market would be also shrunk gradually. Then, traditional logistics would become the second-tier supplier or minor role in logistics. 2.Logistics integration can satisfy the market demand. As capital increases, it can receive warehousing, transportation and customer service to enlarge the income. And, it adopts standardized and scientific management to let the transportation facilities work more effectively and decrease the expense of personnel matters.3.As the companies (users) decrease warehousing and transportation departments, they also reduce the development cost of staffs and internal system. Then, the companies can pay more money and manpower on their core business, and they would be more competitive than other companies.
