    摘要註: 本論文研製之銀系抗菌不銹鋼具有良好的耐蝕性與優異的抗菌性。本實驗經過成分設計熔製,將銀元素溶入2205雙相不銹鋼,施以固溶處理後,利用Gleeble高溫拉伸試驗機進行高溫行為模擬,並探討其高溫機械行為。參考高溫拉伸溫度區間800℃ ~ 1300℃進行熱處理,探討添加銀元素對2205雙相不銹鋼之高溫顯微組織之影響。之後以小型軋延機將不銹鋼胚以熱軋-酸洗除銹-冷軋-退火-除銹-精冷軋的步驟軋延加工,並探討銀含量的不同及其軋延後鋼材不同表面粗糙度對其抗菌性之影響。根據HT-DSC分析結果可知,材料中添加微量銀元素,將造成固相線及液相線溫度的略為下降。液相線溫度1266.33℃下降至1258.47℃;而固相線溫度由1258.69℃下降至1250.31℃。顯微組織分析部份,材料中之肥粒鐵含量將隨銀元素之添加而略為增加,且隨溫度上升材料中之肥粒鐵亦有增加之趨勢。另外,顯微組織圖顯示材料主要以γ-沃斯田鐵相和δ-肥粒鐵相所組成,當中散佈些許二次沃斯田鐵相。並根據BEI圖像顯示,材料內部的銀元素為均勻散布在材料內,其組成為純銀。而根據SEM與EDS結果顯示在不同溫度下,δ相、γ相中Creq與Nieq之分佈,隨著溫度的增加,δ相之Creq略為下降,而Nieq則變化不明顯;至於γ相中之Creq與Nieq較無顯著的改變。藉由[Creq. / Nieq.]mod.之數值可知,其值在δ相中隨溫度之變動較為明顯,以此顯示在高溫熱處理下,將提高顯微組織呈現δ相變化的可能性。高溫機械性質分析中,材料的斷面縮率在1200℃時具有最高值86.40%,顯示在此溫度下材料的加工延性最佳。另外,所有的鋼材的抗拉強度皆隨著溫度的上升而下降。再配合SEM的破斷觀察結果,在800℃到1200℃時,渦狀性結構分布隨溫度上升而增加,顯示試片延性有提高的趨勢。而在1300℃時,配合DSC分析結果得知材料以超過其固相線及液相線溫度,呈現熔融狀態,降低其高溫可加工性。根據抗菌實驗的結果顯示,其大腸桿菌減菌率可達到99.09%以上。黃金色葡萄球菌減菌率可隨著銀含量的添加而達到98.69%以上。顯示添加微量的銀元素,可有效達成大腸桿菌與黃金色葡萄球菌的抑制。另外,可發現其表面粗糙度的變化對抗菌效果無明顯的影響。 2205 Duplex Stainless Steels ( DSS ) are well known for the good properties that widely used in the chemical, food, pharmacy, marine and other industries. The purposes in the experiments are including, to develop the 2205 antibacterial stainless steel alloyed with silver, element, including manufacturing processes and material properties analysis, and study the variation of microstructure with various silver contents ( 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2 wt%) both at room temperature and in high temperature range ( 800℃ ~ 1300℃ ), and study the effect of silver content on the high temperature mechanical properties which after GLEEBLE high temperature testing, and study the effect of silver content and surface roughness on antibacterial effect. The liquidus temperature dropped from 1266℃ to 1258℃ and the solidus temperature dropped from 1259 ℃ to 1250 ℃ with increasing the silver content.In microstructure measurement and analysis, the δ-ferrite content increase with silver adding, and the maximum content is reached to 53.7 wt% while silver content is 0.2 wt%. The microstructure consists of ferrite, austenite and few secondary austenite. The δ-ferrite disperse region increases significantly, and γ-austenite doesn’t exhibit any preferred growth direction with increasing temperature by following the microstructure investigation. And the pure silver particles are distributed uniformly on microstructure in silver-added steel. And the variation of [Creq. / Nieq.]mod. in δ phase is more obvious than in γ phase, and the increasing temperature favors the δ transformation. The diffraction pattern of samples display only both the austenite and the ferrite diffraction peak and the preferred orientation of high temperature are changing from δ (200) and γ (200) to δ (110) and γ (111) with silver added by following the XRD analysis.In the high temperature analysis, the reduction of area increases between 800℃ to 1200℃, the value will reach the maximum 86.4% in Ag20 at 1200℃, but decreased by above the melting point of specimen at 1300℃. And the tensile strength decreases with increasing temperature. The fracture morphology investigation, the region of deep dimple structure is become much larger while temperature increasing from 800℃ to 1200℃, it mean the ductile has been enhanced.The bacterial reduction rate of E.Coli and Staphylococcus Aincrease due to the add of silver, and all of values are above 98.5 %. And the effect of roughness variation is not obvious. The bacterial reduction rate of E. Coli and Staphylococcus are above 99% in different roughness specimens.
