Summary:	數位匯流讓跨產業之間彼此互相競合、互相牽引，更共同演化創造出下一世代的發展。而在與使用者的最後一哩的行動通訊技術發展上，營運商與設備商的相互作用，也讓行動通訊技術發展走向共同發展、走向標準。當資訊產業提出雲端運算做為下一波產業的典範移轉，更尋求無線化的運用突破；同時行動通訊產業正朝向發展第四代行動通訊技術上，於此數位匯流的下一波前哨戰，將是資訊與通訊產業在無線通訊技術WiMAX與LTE的發展運用上，共同演化、相互競奪成為行動通訊主流標準，以利雙方產業後續的發展運用。本研究將檢視產業的演進發展，並以系統思考探討數位匯流趨勢之下在無線技術上的競奪。構築出ICT產業的共同演化情境。更指出當台灣ICT產業靠攏支持中國TD系列技術，勢必將影響整體資通訊產業在下一代行動通訊發展。而台灣ICT產業更需在此當中，適切尋找出的恰當的佈局與發展策略，讓未來台灣產業在數位匯流的環境下，擁有在第四代行動通訊發展運用的發展優勢。 The digital convergence was the competing and interacting in cross-industries and the next generation development of that was being created in co-evolution. The development of mobile communication technologies which was the last mile to users was that the interactions between operators and manufactures that let the mobile communication technologies to co-develop and become more standards. The IT industry makes Cloud Computing as the next pardon shift, and to seek more the breakthrough with wireless technology. While the Mobile industry is developing 4th generation mobile communication technology. The skirmish of the digital convergence was contract on the development of WiMAX and LTE between IT and Mobile industries. Both of them were to be co-evolved and competed that to become the mainstream standard of mobile communication technology, and the development would be more facilitating for both industries. This study not only reviewed the evolution and development of the industries, but used system thinking to find the fight of wireless technology development in the digital convergence trend, and to build the ICT industry co-evolution scenario. And the study showed that when Taiwan's ICT industry supports China's TD technologies, which would be affect the development of next generation mobile communications to the ICT industry. Taiwan ICT industry should be more noticed and to find the appropriate strategies that to have the advantages for the future digital convergence age and for the development of 4G.
