Summary:	我國海商法旅客運送章節，以準用貨物運送責任之規定來補充其所不足之處，但是人命與貨物並不相同，因此，重新檢視我國海商法旅客運送人責任之規定是有其必要性存在的。本論文採用比較分析法，並整理我國現行法規之問題，得出修法之建議與方向。未來，海上旅客運送修法趨勢也將朝著旅客權益保護的方向進行。 The carriage of passengers and some regulations in Taiwanes Maritime Code which are deemed the same base of goods in Maritime Code is not reasonable. Therefore, the review of carrier’s liability regulations in Taiwanes Maritime Code is very important. The thesis seeks to examine the problems of the carriage of passengers and the luggages by sea in Taiwanes Maritime code from Athens Convention and the connected Law of other country. And then we can give the legislator some suggestions when the Maritime code are revised. And There is a tendency towards the protection on the rights of passengers in the future.
