摘要註:	良好的社區管理可以發揮建築設計機能，同時也可以延長建築物及其附屬設施的使用壽命，並提昇公共安全；而隨著RFID（Radio Frequency Identification）技術的發展，越來越多的社區管理應用已廣泛在產業中展開，然而，其應用效益卻是管理者極需瞭解的一個決策問題。本研究以個案公司導入RFID巡邏及督勤管理系統為例，就其策略面、效益面的考量來做分析，訪談對象包括個案公司的經營管理者、行銷業務、財務主管、研發主管、執行單位主管。研究結果發現：(一) 數位化的社區管理政策是拓展市場的最大動力；(二) 具產業示範性帶動效果，擴大國內安全監控與社區管理服務之平台結合的投資效益；(三)擴大營業項目與績效、銷售機會、業務成長，客戶的年成長數也較導入前增加了約2%； (四)引進網際網路及系統整合專業人才，提升經營與技術團隊之科技能力。 It is believed that building design capability depends highly on the healthful community management, and thereafter better to last the building life and to ensure public security. With the development of advanced radio frequency identification (RFID), more and more applications are extensively cultivated in the community management industry. However, one of the most important decision issues for management is its application benefits. Accordingly, this research thesis conducts a case study to examine the use of RFID based on the dimensions of strategy and benefit. The interview subjects are top manager, marketing representatives, financial chief, research and development chief, and execution chief. Data analysis results indicate that (1) digitalized community management is the primary police of community management to enhance the marketing share, (2) the application shows a demonstrated model in industry and fosters the investment benefit for the security monitoring system, (3) the service items and sales are improved, and the number of customers is increased to about 2%, (4) Internet and system integration professionals are introduced to enhance operation and technology capability.
