    摘要註: 本研究係以領導特質、組織文化及工作效率間之關聯性為探討主題,旨在發展適合本隊之領導模式及其在工作效率之應用,首先研究者探討領導特質、組織文化、工作效率的相關文獻,其次根據文獻分析結果,建立三項研究假設。其次檢定領導特質、組織文化、工作效率量表,以做為實證的工具。問卷編成之後,以陸戰隊學校成員為母群體,依職務別採分層問卷調查與訪談方式全面進行分析與比較,共198個樣本進行施測,回收有效問卷180份,訪談一級主管計七員。問卷資料以因素分析、Pearson相關分析、線性結構關係模式、層級迴歸分析等統計方法,以檢定研究假設,俾供作為資料解釋的依據。研究發現我陸戰隊之領導模式,組織文化為中介變項,自變項包含五大人格五種領導特質。領導主官(管)宜強化部屬在五種領導特質之感受,並透過領導特質塑造有利的組織文化,方能直接與間接提昇工作效率。 This research is attempting to discuss the connection among leadership characteristics, organization culture, and work efficiency. Thus we hope to develop a leading mode for Marine Corps and its application in the field of working efficiency. First, the researcher will discuss about some relating materials on leadership characteristics, organization culture, and work efficiency. Then, we make three research hypotheses based on material analysis. Next, we examine the quantity chart on these characteristics as a proving tool.After the questionnaire is designed, we take the members of Taiwan Marine Corps School as the population. Then we take a through out analysis and comparison by the difference between statistics samples. The quantities of the test takers are at 198, valid sample are 180, 7 first rank supervisors.The questionnaire data are being examined on its statistics by factor analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, linear structural relation model,(LISREL) and hierarchical regression analysis. And use it as a data interpretation basis.The research shows the leadership mode of our Marine Corps has organizational culture as intervening variables. Self variable contains 5 personalities and 5 leadership characteristics. The leading officers are better to reinforce the its subordinates’ feelings on receiving 5 leadership characteristics. And through the very thing to build an beneficial organizational culture, thus can both directly and indirectly enhance the efficiency at work.
