Summary:
超飽和設計是一個因子數大於實驗數的設計,而超飽和設計的一個重要分析目的就是找出重要的因子。在這篇論文中,我們提出一個新的分析方法,其利用一個有效率的貝氏變數選取方法來找出重要的因子。為了改進選取的正確率,利用一個修改的交叉驗證法來做為參數選定的準則。最後由一些實際的例子來驗證這個新的分析方法的效能。除了新的分析方法之外,我們利用一個畫圖的方法來確認重要的因子。 Supersaturated design is a design in which the number of factors is larger than the number of responses. One important goal of the supersaturated design analysis is to screen out the important factors. In this thesis, a novel analysis procedure is proposed via an efficient Bayesian variable selection approach. In order to improve the selection accuracy rate, a modified cross validation method for parameter tuning is used here. Finally, several real examples are used to demonstrate the performances of this novel analysis approach. In addition to novel analysis approach, we use a graphical approach to identify the important factors.
