本論文針對多腳位元件測試提出快速且低成本之解決方案,藉由軟體濾波取得量測精確度與速度上平衡,並使用載板整合不同功能模組,使用者可平行控制、獨立拔插與安裝每片載板, 另只需一組標準直流電壓信號源即可透過載板上內建的32通道對1的繼電器陣列,進行校正與自我偵測便於維護。模組化優點為降低電路設計的複雜度與縮短研發時程,需提升效能時僅修改單一模組即可,而更換不同的模組則可使賦予測試機不同的功能,使機台適用於產品少量但測試需求多樣的客戶。每片多通道直流電壓量測模組有32個通道,最高可同時控制8片模組至256組通道,每片模組之間可並行量測,故量測256組電壓其所費之時間與量測32組相同。 This thesis describe how to made a high speed and low-cost solution for High pin count test request device , use software filter to balance measurement precision and test speed,and integration different kinds function module by carrier board ,User can parallel control and independent install each carrier board, this carrier board only request a stand DC voltage source for calibration and diagnostic, that has a 32 Channel input and Single channel output relay matrix let maintain become easy。Use Module can reduce develop time and let circuit design become simple and easy ,Each module ability improvement is independent, and tester can have different kinds function by change the different function module to let tester mach customer request that they need many kinds function tester but low device quantity。 Each Multi-Channel DC Voltage measurement module has 32 channels, each tester can control eight pieces modules that have 256 channels , and parallel control all module at the same times. Measure 256 channel and 32 channel measure time is same .
