Summary:	網路電話從推出至今已經有無數的專家學者為其努力，不論在效能或是穩定性上都已經十分成熟。但是始終沒有人研究一傳多且可傳送影像的架構，因為這點開發了一傳多的影音系統。隨著網路的崛起，網路電話能見度逐漸變高，MSN、Google都分別提供網路電話服務，Skype也成為當紅的網路電話代表。然而，網路電話對一般民眾誘因不足，導致用戶數一直無法突破，僅限制於企業和一般民眾節費使用。本論文致力於電視系統和網路電話的結合，透過在各社區或公司設置區域性伺服器，配合區域性伺服器和影音伺服器取得電視訊號。希望以結合大眾常用的電視系統做為契機，推廣網路電話給大眾。 There are so many people working on the VoIP so far, no matter efficiency or reliability are very mature in VoIP system.Since these people who work to this field earlier, we can integrate the Digital TV into the VoIP system.Causing the internet being popular, VoIP is more and more popular around us.There are many Internet Telephony Service Provider(ITSP) such as MSN, Google, Skype, all of them are provide the VoIP to serve us.However VoIP is not attractive to the public, so the number of user is not much.In this paper, to promote system usage, we integrate TV application into Voip.The TV system is very common in home, so that we use the TV application integrate into VoIP to popularize the whole system.
