Summary:	在全球化的考量與競爭下，製鞋產業必須擁有全球運籌的企業發展策略與實力。本研究根據K公司的相關數據整理與分析發現，品質確實是影響K公司獲取利潤最重要的因素，但研發能力也是充實鞋類設計、創新能力和提升生產技術的重要投資。其次，本研究也發現K公司的利潤除了與品質控管有高度的正相關外，與產品品質有關的教育訓練、主管控管也都是未來應該持續加強的重要工作項目。根據調查結果，本研究建議K公司應該持續增加多元化之合作管道、持續強化教育訓練，以及重視客戶意見。 In order to face the globalization and competitions, the shoes industry in Taiwan needs to improve the ability of development strategy. This study focuses on the K Company’s data and finds out some results: quality is the most important factor to influence the company profit. Second, research and development also plays an important role to upgrade the ability of shoes design, innovation and technology. Third, this study figures out that K Company’s profit has positive correlation with quality control and career training. Base on these findings, this study suggests that K Company should increase the cooperation channel constantly, strengthen the training and pay more attention to customers’ opinion.
