Summary:	為了了解中國目前LED產業的概況，以及對台灣LED產業的需求為何，本研究以L公司作為個案研究對象，並以深度訪談的方式，就營運策略議題訪談了三位負責台灣LED產業在中國LED市場相關事務的官員，以及七位在中國LED市場深耕已久的公司負責人，以了解專業人士對於台灣LED在中國LED市場優劣勢與風險，以了解他們對台灣LED與L公司在大陸發展與營運的看法。結果有以下幾點發現：L公司的自主研發能力與創新技術，對開拓中國LED的市場相當有利。其次，在同文同種與官方對台商友好的氣氛下，只要是符合節能與綠色產品的方向，台商都較易爭取到官方或是大型投資的訂單。但是L公司仍應注意幾點投資風險：銀行對LED公司較不熟悉，個別企業較難爭取到大型融資的機會；中國幹部員工穩定性差；客戶分佈廣散，營運成本太高。本研究並建議：L公司應該掌握大陸「照亮農村」、「十城萬盞」的商機；持續重視產品性價比以及爭取政府的訂單；採取銀行團貸款方式融資；在營運策略方面，則建議L公司採取目標行銷的方式，為客戶量身訂製LED路燈，並且以公司代表與顧客面對面溝通，來強力銷售LED路燈。 In order to understand the general situation and demand of LED in China, this sdudy adopted case study to find out the advantage, operation strategy the weakness and risk of LED industry in China. Three officials and seven presidents of LED companies are interviewed. The results are list below: L Company can increase the advantage in China because of their great innovation and technology. Secondary, L Company can receive the orders from government or big companies, if L Company can match the fashion of green or environmental. Furthermore, L Company should pay more attention on the questions we listed below. It’s hard to borrowed funds from banks because unfamiliar between L Company and banks. The employees in China are unstable. The costs are too expensive in operation. We suggest L Company should grasp the opportunities of government’s policy and order, borrow the funds from several banks at the same tiome. We also suggest that L Company can adopt tarket operation strategy to serve customers and strengthen the communication.
