摘要註:	金門傳統建築民宿為近年來新興發展的行業，直到近兩年才慢慢打出知名度，瞭解金門傳統建築民宿營運現況，讓金門傳統建築民宿能有進一步的發展為本研究的目的。本研究係以金門地區之傳統建築民宿為研究範圍；研究對象為經營傳統建築民宿之經營者、管理傳統建築民宿之政府部門、及學界代表，藉由深度訪談從不同角度來蒐集相關資料，探討其營運現況及經營策略，作為未來規劃傳統建築民宿發展努力的方向。金門傳統建築民宿在經營上之優勢有：閒置空間再利用發揮金門在地特色、傳統建築民宿具有高程度之吸引力、經營者進入門檻低和服務高且房價低。獲得主要研究結果有：營造特色建立口碑、推展行銷策略、創造差異化產品區隔市場、結合社區營造達成永續經營之目標和加強輔導專業人事教育訓練等部份。 Kinmen Traditional Guesthouses is a new business these days and become popular in two years. The purpose of this research is to run the traditional guesthouse and make the business well. The study is focus on the Kinmen Traditional Guesthouses, the guesthouse managers, the local government, and some historical professors in Kinmen. We try to gather all the information needed for this research. From their point of view, we can investigate the present status of the business strategy and to make a better plan for those Traditional Guesthouses. The advantages of the Traditional Guesthouses are to get the local specialty and create an “exotic” atmosphere for the visitors. Moreover, the managers can easily run the guesthouses and to provide a good service and cheap price to all visitors here. Mainly the reason leads to a successful business are a good reputation of the service and the feature of the guesthouses. Our conclusion is that the elements of a prosperity business are how we differential the products, how we take the strength of the community to promote the neighborhood, and how we train the staff for a better service. All the above mentioned element will lead to long term business.
