Summary:	我們考慮一個在輸出值是由耗時的迭代過程計算而取得的輪廓線估計問題。在這篇文章，我們提出一個兩階段法來有效率地估計出想要的輪廓線。在第一個階段中，我們使用代理輔助法來快速地估計出想要地輪廓線的可能形狀。為了節省計算輸出值的迭代過程的時間，我們提出一個動態控制法來判斷是否要停止或繼續執行目前的迭代過程。在使用高斯過程模型找出可能的估計輪廓線後，我們提出一個窗戶追蹤法來更精確地找出我們想要的輪廓線。我們使用一些數值例子和一個關於排隊系統實例來呈現這些新方法的結果。 We consider a contour estimation problem, in which the responses are evaluatedby costly iterative processes. A two-stage approach is proposed here to estimate contour lines e ciently. In the rst stage, a surrogate-assistant approach used to quickly estimate the possible target contours. To save time on function evaluations, we propose a dynamic control approach to compute the function evaluation iterations by adaptively determining whether each of the function evaluation iterations should be paused or kept running. After identifying possible contours from the surrogates constructed by a Gaussian process type method, in the second stage, we introduce a window tracking approach to trace out the true contours with higher accuracy. Several numerical experiments and a real example in a queueing system are used to illustrate the performance of the new approaches.
