摘要註:	本研究以1995年至2009年跨國雙邊製造業出口值，利用傳統模型及兩階段估計法，使用跨部門綜合資料（PCS）、三邊固定效果（FE3）及雙邊固定效果（FE2）等引力模型用以探討製造業貿易流量之決定因素。在模型中，除加入虛擬變數來考慮了代表歐盟及北美自由貿易區之區域經濟整合，亦探討了國際直接投資、金融開放程度差異等變數對雙邊貿易之影響。本文以一階段估計法及兩階段估計法，分為討論總貿易量與平均貿易量之決定因素，並且考慮各國金融開放程度差異及雙邊國際直接投資流入存量對製造業雙邊貿易流量之影響。本研究利用AIC和BIC之模型判斷標準，比較各模型之妥適程度，發現以傳統模型探討總貿易量之雙邊固定效果（FE2A01）模型最具解釋力。在兩階段估計中，則是第一階段以高等教育勞動人口比例、教育公共支出與研究發展支出總和占國內生產毛額百分比等來估計製造業產值，接著用於第二階段中來討論總雙邊貿易流量之雙邊固定效果模型（FE2B01）最具解釋力。 The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze the determinants of bilateral manufacturing trade flows by using various types of gravity models, including pooled cross section (PCS), three-way fixed effects (FE3), and two-way fixed effects (FE2) models. The study uses the traditional method to analyze the impact of different variables on the bilateral trade flows directly. Furthermore, this study uses the estimated manufacturing product values as instruments to estimate and for estimating different types of gravity models for analyzing the bilateral trade flows, including the dummies of regional economic integration and various variables to study the determinants of trade flows. These models include the stocks of foreign direct investment, amount of patent applied and the rate of higher education labor, etc. By comparing the results of the pooled cross section (PCS), three-way fixed effects (FE3) and two-way fixed effects (FE2) models, model FE2B01 of two-way fixed-effect type is preferred.
