    摘要註: 近年來台灣傳統製造業在經濟不景氣和原物料及工資調漲的壓力下,加上國際間的競爭,使得台灣許多傳統產業面臨經濟變革而無法生存。目前台灣鋁工業正面臨:內需市場不易再成長、規模屬中小企業、研發能力弱、同質性產品高、鋁原料易受國際行情波動影響、國內工資提升等,使得傳統鋁製品產業紛紛外移。本研究以A鋁業公司做為個案實務研究,探討台灣鋁製品產業之中小企業在台灣的競爭優勢及策略,藉由SWOT分析、五力分析,分析A鋁業公司產業的結構,探討競爭優勢的來源和威脅及經營策略,提出研究結論如下:一、 台灣鋁製品產業在中國的競爭下,未來經營模式應以既有的經驗和優勢,配合客戶研發產品及開發市場,保守經營穩定發展。二、 檢視台灣鋁製品產業內銷市場現況、趨勢與業者競爭策略,分析結果發現應利用鋁搬運碰撞易變形的特性,提升內銷優勢。三、 探討個案公司的核心競爭力,並提出未來台灣鋁製品產業在產業的競爭策略,應朝向積極開發新客戶,研發新產品、新技術、降低成本之方向。採多邊合作方式吸引供應商及客戶之合作意願,整合供需雙端,提供雙方之需求。 Recently, Taiwan traditional manufacturing industries have, under the economic recession, price increases in raw materials and wages, and international competition, been facing severe challenges for survival. The challenges for the aluminum product industry include slow growth of domestic market, small scale of economies, weak research and development capability, homogenous product, high international price variations for aluminum raw materials, and domestic wages increases. Some companies of the aluminum product industry have moved to other countries for operations, and some still stay in Taiwan. The main purpose of this study is to undertake the case of A Company in Taiwan to investigate its successful operation strategies. The major findings resulting from the use of SWOT and Five-Force analyses are summarized as follows:1. Under the low price competition from China, Taiwan aluminum product industry should use the existing operating experience and high quality advantage, to maintain a stable growth by developing new products and markets in cooperation with customers.2. By investigating domestic market for aluminum products, the result indicated that aluminum products are easy to be damaged during the long distance shipment, so it is not favorable to imports from foreign countries. 3. For increasing competitiveness, the operating strategy should emphasis on the cooperation among product producer, raw material suppliers, and customers by using new technology to produce new products and new customers.
