Summary:
本研究論文題目為轉換型領導、組織認同與組織公民行為關係之研究,以台灣國際獅子會300-E1區為例。 本研究採「便利抽樣」的方式,以非營利組織台灣國際獅子會300-E1區組織會員為研究對象,填寫本研究問卷為29歲以上會員,本問卷採不記名方式填寫,共發放350份,有效問卷204份,有效回收率58.29%。進行資料蒐集以描述性統計、相關分析、信度分析及迴歸分析等統計方法進行研究探討。研究顯示:1.轉換型領導對組織公民行為有顯著正向影響。2.轉換型領導對組織認同有顯著正向影響。3.組織認同對組織公民行為有顯著正向影響。4.組織認同在轉換型領導與組織公民行為之間的中介效果,部分成立。5.本研究結果提供國際獅子會300-E1區參考。 This research is to investigate The Study of Relationships Among Transformational Leadership and Organizational Identification and Organizational Citizenship Behavior–A Study of the District 300-E1 Lions Clubs International. In this study, using convenience sampling to invistigate Non-Profit Organizations of the District 300-E1 Lions Clubs International of membership。Resident (age above 29) who are conscioue, free of mental disorder, able to write questionnaires. A total number of 350 questionnaires were collected and 204 were unable .The response rate is 58.29%.The data was analyzed by using Descriptive Statistics、Reliability Analysis 、Correclation Analysis and Regression Analysis。Results of this study show as follows,1. Transformational Leadership has significantly positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.2. Transformational Leadership has significantly positive effect on Organizational Identification.3. Organizational Identification has significantly positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.4. Organizational Identification in the mediation effect between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, some established. 5. In this study, results of provide the reference of the District 300-E1 Lions Clubs International .
