近年台灣油壓機械產業面臨全球化衝擊,以及台灣經貿環境改變的影響,使得當前台灣油壓產業面臨著人才流失、產業轉型等問題,因此,本研究以C公司作為個案研究的對象,藉由五力分析、SWOT分析來探討台灣油壓產業之經營策略,用以找出產業突破困境的出路,本研究之研究結果如下:1.油壓機械業之進入障礙高,產業間的競爭程度低,在企業掌握技術之情況下,產業顧客議價能力低,供應商議價能力中等,且現階段無明顯之替代品威脅出現。2.油壓機械可透過垂直整合、客制化等經營策略來切入市場,但需考量供應鏈管理、產業人口老化與投資環境等問題。3.油壓機械產業應朝向接軌國際技術與發展多元產品,以及培育人才等方向來建構油壓產業之競爭優勢。 Under the globalization and the changing business environment, Taiwan hydraulic pump industry has recently facing the operation problems including industrial restructure and brain drain. The main purpose of this study is to investigate various operating strategies of the C company using the methods of SWOT and five-force analysis. The major findings derived from the study can be served as reference for the Taiwan hydraulic pump industry. The results are as follows:1.In the hydraulic pump industry, the threat of new entrants and substitutes, the rivalry among existing competitors, and the bargaining power of buyers are low; however, the bargaining power of supplier is medium.2.Through the vertical integration and customization, a hydraulic pump firm is still profitable in the market; however, it needs to consider the problems of the supply chain management, ageing work force, and investment environment.3.Hydraulic pump industry should learn new technology from other countries, develop diversified products, and train new technicians to maintain competitive advantages.
