Summary:	在國際化與全球化風潮之下，台商為掌握資源及永續經營，遠赴海外各國進行投資，戮力創造具競爭力的產品，越南因其優越的地理條件和穩定的政治環境，加上越南本身位於東協自由貿易區，北可前進中國華南市場，西可拓銷中南半島，一舉數得的情況下，越南成為台商除了中國外最熱門的投資熱點。公司績效對於多國籍企業是非常重要的經營指標，因此本研究延續之前學者對於先進市場和台灣市場的研究，研究在不同的文化、經濟體的衝擊下，越南的台商企業影響其公司績效差異來源主因，本研究收集四十家越南台商企業的ROA和ROE進行衡量，使用統計軟體SAS中的VARCOMP程序，進行變異數分解，了解越南的台商企業公司績效差異來源主要為公司因素，但在年度因素上較先前學者研究所佔比率高，顯示年度因素對越南台商企業的影響亦十分重要。 Under the movement of Internalization and globalization. Taiwanese firms continuously expend business and investment in overseas countries to manufacture competitive products. Due to preeminent geographic conditions of Vietnam and it has a stable polistical environment. In other side, Vietnam is a member of ASEAN(The Association of Southeast Asian Nations). The north side is ahead Southern China market. Western side can expands business to other ASEAN’s countries. Vietnam becomes a focal point for Taiwan Firms to investment. Sources of performance is a very important business criterion to multinational firms. Therefore, this study is continuously follow the study of American market and Taiwan market. To make sure Taiwanese firms in Vietnam under the different cultures and economic envirment. What is Sources of Performance Differences among Taiwanese Firms in Vietnam? The study collected ROA and ROE information of 40 Taiwanese firms. Using the VARCOMP program in SAS statistical software to understanding the sources of Performance Differences. Taiwanese firms in Vietnam are mainly because of Firm Effects. Second because of Year Effect.
