Summary:	在現今網路發達的環境，各種通訊產品都出現了以網路為基礎的各項設計。隨著網路崛起，讓許多運用網路資源的視訊系統如雨後春筍，而在現今視訊系統逐漸運用在監控的概念中，透過網路資源提供與伺服器架設，讓管理者對於特定環境中的監控，能得到更進一步的掌控。生活中的危險，或是事件的紀錄皆可透過一連串監控系統做警戒以及儲存。對於現代的人來說，監控已經是處處可見了，不過在監控系統的設計上，許多設計皆流於單純的紀錄，亦或是紀錄效率不佳。在疏於管理之下，監控系統能發揮的能力實在有限，因此本論文研究之重點，乃著重於監控系統的自動警戒能力之設計。透過網路電話的互相連結，在事件發生時會自動即時通知使用者，達到最快的反應目的，並改良了對於偵測與儲存的缺點，讓管理者在系統的運作上，能更簡單地達到所要的效率及目的。 In the internet developed environment nowaday , variety of communications products have invented in the design of network-based . With the development of internet , using network of video system have appeared with large amount , and nowaday video system gradually using surveillance concept . Managers can get further control in surveillance for specific environments of the server through the provision of network resources . The danger in usual life and recording of events can make alert or storage through a series of surveillance systems . For modern people , the surveillance has been seen everywhere . However , the design of the surveillance system , many of them are in simple recording or working inefficient . Under poor management , the surveillance system can play a really limiting capacity . Therefore , the focus of this thesis is the emphasis on the ability of the design of the monitoring system automatically alert . Automatically through interconnecting VoIP immediately incident notify the user to achieve the fastest response purposes , and improved detection and storage of shortcomings . So that managers can more easily achieve the excellant efficiency and purpose in the operation of the system.
