    摘要註: 製造業隨著經濟環境和生活水準的不斷提升,遭遇必須提高產品品質和附加價值的升級過程,產品已不僅是生產導向以追求廉價、快速、堪用的功能性,進而轉為市場導向,客戶偏好高品質、高價值、可靠、耐用產品,因此各種管理手法不斷地被提出和討論,六標準差即是在這樣的時代背景下被提出來的手法之一。六標準差改善手法在上世紀80年代被提出來,是一套由統計的角度來檢視品質水準的手法,獲得了國際間許多跨國企業的採用並且獲得良好的成效,企業依據市場需求列出一系列的品質重點,並針對品質重點蒐集企業生產流程資料並加以分析和提出改善對策,藉以提高顧客滿意度、降地產品不良率並節省生產成本。本研究利用六標準差方法之DMAIC改善流程,即定義(D)、衡量(M)、分析(A)、改善(I)及控制(C)五大步驟,以個案公司過去對DIN931六角頭螺絲過去21個月的生產及品檢統計資料,與廠內自訂的標準作為對比,找出優先改善的項目並尋求改善對策,提供個案公司可行的改善建議和管理方式,希望能有效地降低不良率、減少生產浪費、提高顧客滿意度進而提升品牌形象,並作為未來個案公司進行品管手法進行的方法之一。研究結果顯示個案公司有立即需要改善且可行的方案,並且能將此一管理手法擴展到其他生產流程和管理層面上。 With the continuous improvement of the economic environment and living habits, the manufacturing industry is encountering the upgrade process of enhancing the product quality and its added-value. The product is not just production-oriented in pursuit of the functionality of cheapness, velocity, and durability; instead, it turns to be market-oriented, and the customers favor the high-quality, high-value, reliable and durable products. Therefore, various kinds of management skills are constantly proposed and discussed, and Six Sigma theory is the one that comes out via the extensive discussion.The Six Sigma Improvement Technique, which is an approach to examine the quality standards from the statistical perspective, was proposed in the 1980s, and it obtains the adoption by most of the international companies and makes good effect as well. The companies list a series of quality key-points in accordance with the market needs and collect the enterprise’s production procedure data aiming at the quality main point to analyze and propose improving measurements so as to raise the customers’ satisfactory, decrease products’ defective rate, and save the production cost. In this study, we used the DMAIC, which is the acronym of Define (D), Measure (M), Analyze (A), Improve (I) and Control (C), within Six Sigma to improve the process. We compared the production and quality statistics of DIN931 hex screws collected from the past 21 months with the in-plant self-set standard so as to find out the needed improvement items and the way to deal with, and offer the case company feasible suggestions and management. It is hoped to reduce the defective rate, production waste, and increase the customer satisfactory so as to enhance the quality image, which will be regarded as one of the quality control methods. The result shows the company could use this method and extend it to other production procedure and management level.
