Summary:	工業工程管理目前在業界是一個相當被重視的領域且發展快速，對於一間企業的重要性可以說是不可或缺，改善或優化方法可說是不勝枚舉，最終目的為追求整體系統達到最佳的狀態，若聚焦於傳統的製造業上會發現工業工程的技術為傳統製造業為了降低成本、提高效率等目標在執行上最常運用且最重要的手法。有鑑於此，本研究選定的個案公司是屬於製罐產業，為台灣典型的傳統產業之一，它屬於食品產業的上游供應商，為一間相當需要工業工程改善技術的一間公司；本研究將會依照現場所蒐集的資料與觀察到的現況，找出不合理或有加以改進空間的部分，用工業工程的方法加以分析後提出改善方案與建議，其中將有四大改善方向分別為排程方法建構、員工工作內容改善、物料管理、製程參數最適化。最後，本研究將會針對以上四點改善與執行的成效加以舉例與說明。 Industrial engineering management is a very important field and rapid development of industry, the importance of an enterprise can be said as essential, the improvement or optimization methods are too numerous to list, the ultimate goal is to achieve the best state for the pursuit of the overall system, it is the most commonly used and most important techniques for traditional manufacturing in order to reduce costs and improve efficiency. In this situation, the case company in this study is belong to the canning industry which considerable need Industrial Engineering improve technology, it also is a typical Taiwanese traditional industry and belongs to the upstream suppliers of the food industry；This research will use industrial engineering background to analyze and identify solutions and suggestions of the part that identify unreasonable or Can be improved in accordance with the information collected by the site and observed the current situation, it will be four improve direction in this research, which is scheduling method construct, staff work improvement, materials management, process parameters optimization. Finally, this study will against on the example and description of improvement and effectiveness of the implementation of the foregoing four point.
