Summary:
為因應日趨艱困與競爭激烈的鋼鐵市場,在提升鋼鐵企業競爭力的基礎下,本研究目的在針對鋼鐵產業員工對於領導風格、組織氣候、工作投入與工作績效之相關性,作進一步的瞭解與探討,且依據研究結果,提出管理上之意涵與建議。本研究首先收集有關領導風格、組織氣候、工作投入與工作績效的文獻,做為本研究的理論基礎,再採用問卷調查法,以鋼鐵產業之員工為對象,所得之有效回收問卷共154份,有效回收率為94%,並使用SPSS統計軟體作為統計分析之工具,就樣本資料加以分析,分析結果顯示:領導風格、組織氣候、工作投入與工作績效間具有高度相關性;此外, 依直接效果與間接效果影響分析得知,工作投入對領導風格與工作績效間為顯著正向關係且具有中介效果;工作投入對組織氣候與工作績效間為顯著正向關係且具有中介效果。最後依研究結論提出建議供實務界做為參考。 Response to getting tough and highly competitive steel market, and based on improving competitiveness of steel company, the purpose of this reserch was to do further study and understanding of the relationship among Job Involvement, Leadership Styles,Organizational Climate and Job Performance for the employee of steel industry. The subjects of this study were employees of Steel Industry. A questionnaire survey was used in this study. The effective questionnaires were 154 in total, with a response rate of 94%. The study adopted SPSS as the tools for statistical analysis. According to data analysis, the result of research showed that Leadership Styles,Organizational Climate, Job Involvement and Job performance will be highly correlated.; In addition, according to the direct and indirect effects of the analysis showed that Job involvement on Leadership Styles and Job performance with mediated effect; Job involvement on Organizational Climate and Job performance with mediated effect. Finally, according to the research findings on the implications of the proposed management recommendations for practical as a reference.
