    摘要註: 台灣的汽車產業可說是台灣重要工業之一,幾十年來在國際間扮演著重要的角色,實力不容小覷,然汽車工業在全球可說是無國界,不斷持續成長發展,其零件廠商更是多如牛毛,分食著這塊大餅,台灣的汽車零組件產業於全球供應鏈體系中,具有相當重要的角色。 本研究以售後市場車燈產品為例,經由問卷調查求得顧客對產品的重要度與滿意度,並採用品質機能展開(QFD)、價值分析(VA)進行分析研究,藉以改善開發流程,有效率地分配資源,符合顧客們的期望。首先,將調查到的顧客滿意度與重要度,應用品質機能展開的系統性方法,將顧客需求轉換成產品特性重要度權重值;在專業人員問卷內,調查車燈產品特性的執行程度和成本高低,經由價值分析和資料包絡分析工具確認資源優先分配順序,以探討產品開發流程應考慮資源投入之優先順序。 經由品質機能展開分析結果,「可靠性」、「高效率低耗能」、「耐久性」依序為前三名,顯示在研發階段應以這三項為企劃目標。將車燈產品特性重要度權重與執行程度相對分析比較,求得「高效率低耗能」、「可靠性」、「耐候性」三項車燈產品特性優先做資源分配,最後再透過價值分析,藉DEA分析結果,發現「耐久性」、「耐候性」、「光學性」、「安全性」在投入極小值的成本,即可獲得較大的效率。綜合上述分析運算後,得知顧客與研發人員對產品性質重要性上有不一樣的要求,透過上述研究方法更能明確瞭解,顧客真正的需求,提早在產品初期規劃做出正確的判斷,並以最少的資源獲得顧客的青睞,相對也能減少在開發過程上不必要之資源浪費。 The auto industry is considered one of the most important industries in Taiwan; it has also played an equally important role internationally. There is no boundary when it comes to the auto industry, and its continuous growth has attracted countless parts suppliers all trying to get a niche of this enormous market. Taiwan’s auto parts industry plays a significant part in the global supply chain.This research takes the after market headlights for cars as an example, obtaining the importance and satisfaction of customer towards the product through a survey that was conducted. Quality Function Deployment and Value Analysis were used in the analysis. The goal is to improve the research & development process, allocating the resources efficiently and to meet customer expectation. First, taking the customer level of importance and satisfaction, using a systematic approach of QFD, translate it into the importance of the uniqueness of the product. In a survey for professionals, a study of the level of execution and cost on the uniqueness of headlights, through VA and Data Envelopment Analysis, a priority of allocating resources was determined, as well as for research & development.QFD analysis shows that reliability, high efficiency & low energy consumption, and durability should be the goal in the research & development stage. If you take the importance of the uniqueness of the headlights and do a relative analysis to the level of execution, you will get high efficiency & low energy consumption, reliability and weather resistance as the order of allocating resources. Lastly, through VA, via DEA analysis, you will find that durability, weather resistance, optics and safety will yield the greatest return on the lowest amount of investment. To sum up the above analysis, we know that customer and research & development have quite different demand when it comes to the importance of product characteristics. We can get a better understanding of customer’s needs during the early stages of product planning. Therefore, the least amount of resources can be used to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, and avoid unnecessary waste of it.
