Summary:	本研究以Hot好車大聯盟為例進行問卷調查探討消費者行為，以產品品質與品牌形象的變數作為影響Hot好車大聯盟銷售的基礎，探討顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度，根據Pearson 相關係數分析結果顯示，品牌形象與產品品質在研究中都會直接影響到業者的顧客忠誠度，換句話說，當中古汽車業者之產品品質無法衡量，或消費者無法從外觀判斷產品的好壞時，對產品品質的評價將會直接影響顧客忠誠度的情形，也使得產品品質對於消費者購買中古車的重要性更形提高。 In this study, a good car Hot big leagues as an example questionnaire study consumer behavior, product quality and brand image of the variables affecting Hot good car as Major League basis of sales, customer satisfaction and investigate customer loyalty, according to the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that brand image and product quality in the study will directly affect the industry's customer loyalty, in other words, of which the ancient automobile industry can’t be measured by the quality of the products, or consumers can’t determine from the appearance of the product is good or bad, right evaluation of product quality will directly affect customer loyalty situation, but also makes the product quality for consumers to buy more used car shape importance increased.
