Summary:	在越南居住的台灣女性透過活動參與及網絡關係所形成的社會資本，有助於其地方依附的形成以及幸福感的提升。本研究以社會資本的角度出發，探討社會資本、地方依附與幸福感間之關係，首先(1)探討越南台灣女性的社會資本對幸福感的影響，進一步(2)探討越南台灣女性的社會資本對地方依附的影響，同時(3)亦檢測越南台灣女性的地方依附對幸福感的影響，並且(4)驗證地方依附在越南台灣女性的社會資本與幸福感之中介效果。以越南台灣女性為研究樣本，透過問卷調查法蒐集樣本，共發出705份研究問卷，回收335份有效問卷，有效回收率為47.51%，利用SPSS進行資料之分析。研究結果指出，社會資本之部分構面對地方依附及幸福感呈現正向顯著影響，而地方依附對幸福感亦呈正向顯著影響，另在中介效果的檢驗上，地方依附在社會資本及幸福感間具部分中介效果。顯示越南台灣女性可藉由社會資本的累積產生地方依附，並透過地方依附提升幸福感。研究結果並發現參與社團活動對越南台灣女性的地方依附及幸福感均有顯著正向影響，應鼓勵在越南的台灣女性多參與社團活動。 Social capital that is formed through participation of activities and internet networking of Taiwanese female in Vietnam is beneficial to the formation of place attachment and the enhancement of well-being. This study starts with the social capital’s point of view for Taiwanese female in Vietnam to investigate the relationship among social capital, place attachment and well-being. (1) To investigate the correlation between social capital and well-being for Taiwanese female in Vietnam. (2) To investigate the correlation between social capital and place attachment for Taiwanese female in Vietnam. (3) To investigate the correlation between place attachment and well- being for Taiwanese female in Vietnam. (4) To analyze place attachment’s mediating effect on social capital and well-being for Taiwanese female in Vietnam . A survey was sent out to 705 Taiwanese females in Vietnam, and 335 valid questionnaires were collected, which represented an effective response rate of 47.51%. Utilizing SPSS to analyze the collected data.The findings of this study indicated that social capital significantly positively influenced place attachment and well-being, of which place attachment has significantly positive effects on well-being as well. The result of the mediation analysis indicated that place attachment has partial mediating effect towards social capital and well-being. Taiwanese female in Vietnam could utilize the accumulation of social capital to create place attachment and utilize this place attachment to enhance well-being. The result of this research also indicated that participating in various club activities would significantly positively affect place attachment and well-being. Thus, we encourage Taiwanese female in Vietnam to participate in club activities.
