Summary:
我們利用光譜的方式,討論氧化鋅鎂合金中電子與聲子交互作用的變化。先以溶膠-凝膠法製成一系列鎂濃度不同的氧化鋅鎂薄膜,從吸收光譜討論鎂濃度實際摻雜濃度,可以得知我們樣品中濃度只有少量的實驗誤差。再觀察其發光半高寬,討論鎂離子聚合的情形,發現在我們樣品中鎂聚合的情形相當少。最後,針對變溫的吸收光譜進行一系列討論。先扣除熱膨脹使能隙變化的效應,再分別以單聲子模型、雙聲子模型隨機作用比例和雙聲子模型固定作用比例,對樣品的變溫吸收光譜峰值變化做擬合。發現無論使用何種模型,電子-聲子交互作用強度變化皆沒有一定的趨勢。 In this thesis, we studied the electron-phonon interaction of ZnMgO alloys by spectroscopic method. A series of ZnMgO with various Mg concentrations were grown by sol-gel spin-coating technique. There is only a little experimental error on the Mg concentration determined by absorption spectroscopy. By studying the full-width at half-maximum of photoluminescence spectra, we found that the Mg clustering is almost absent in our samples. Finally, we investigated the temperature-dependent absorption spectra. After eliminating the band-gap shift due to the thermal expansion, we fitted the thermally induced absorption-energy redshifts by single-phonon model, two-phonon model with variable proportional constant and two-phonon model with fixed proportional constant. Neither of them shows a particular trend on the electron-phonon interaction.
