    摘要註: 3-羥基鄰氨基苯甲酸與犬尿酸在人體尿液中被發現為膀胱癌的重要指標分子。在本研究中以溶劑揮發法製備3-羥基鄰氨基苯甲酸與犬尿酸分子拓印聚乙烯乙烯醇膜電極,藉由可攜式恆電位儀以尿液檢體進行非侵入式電化學檢測。3-羥基鄰氨基苯甲酸與犬尿酸分別對於乙烯比例為32 和27 mole%的聚乙烯乙烯醇有較佳的拓印效率值。3-羥基鄰氨基苯甲酸分子拓印較非拓印薄膜電極所量測電流差值於試量瓶中最高可達5.14倍,犬尿酸分子拓印為非拓印薄膜電極所量測電流差值於注射式微流體系統中最高可達2.81倍。在兩種不同量測系統比較中,50 uL注射式微流體系統較20 mL試量瓶所量測電流差值最高可達2.89倍。分子拓印薄膜電極重複性量測中可以達到10 次的重複使用次數。分別以循環伏安法、電化學阻抗法與安培法於人體尿液得到準確率分別最高可達96.71± 1.08%、92.21± 1.74%與93.66± 1.23%。 3-Hydroxyanthranilic acid(3-HAA) and kynurenic acid(KYNA) were found in patients’ urine of with bladder cancer. In this work, 3-HAA and KYNA molecules were imprinted into poly(ethylene-co-vinyl alcohol), EVAL, via solvent evaporation. Using non-invasive electrochemical detection in urine samples by portable potentiostat. The higher imprinting effectiveness for 3-HAA and KYNA were obtained with 32 mole% and 27 mole % of ethylene. The electrochemical response with 3-HAA-MIPs coated electrodes was 5.14-fold higher than that with NIPs by the CV in the sample vial. The electrochemical response with KYNA-MIPs coated electrodes was 2.81-fold higher than that with NIPs by the injection microfluidic CV system. The electrochemical response was 2.89-fold by the injection microfluidic CV system higher than that in the sample vial. Only 10% of current decreased was found after ten continuous measurements. Respectively, the electrochemical detection of cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and amperometry for human urinalysis, and the accuracies were obtained up to 96.71 ± 1.08%, 92.21 ± 1.74% and 93.66 ± 1.23%.
