Summary:	本研究主要利用賽局理論來分析中國大陸崛起後，東亞區域內各國所面臨區域內一些主權、經濟與國家利益等紛爭，以及在全球化的大環境下，主要國家如何在競合之中獲取國家的最佳利益的策略。在第二次世界大戰後，世界各國間的競爭，由以往軍事競爭改以經濟的手段，然自WTO 成立以來，因各國國家利益的考量與新保護主義，多邊合作型態的經濟整合難以獲得有效成果並日漸趨停滯，取而代之的是各個國家與國家之間的經濟整合。各國紛紛加入區域性經濟組織（Regional Economic Organization），期能藉由打破地理上的限制，使得能在經濟上有所發展，提升綜合國力，進而在區域內之競爭中獲取最大國家利益。本文主要在分析東亞國家間在區域內互動的關係，運用重複賽局來分析區域內各國（參賽者）所採行之最佳策略，做為我國相關部會日後決策之參考。 Due to the impeded multilateral free trade negotiation by the rise of new protectionism after 1970s, to seek for economic development and national interests countries participating in WTO are actively engaging to form a regional economic agreement with their neighbor countries in the current scenario. By using the game theoretical framework, this thesis attempts to analyze the international cooperation and dispute settlement on the sovereign rights, national economic and political interests in the East Asia, and examine how countries in this region interact with each other to grasp the most benefits from the political and economic competition and cooperation. The chronological events in the past two years are collected, and three case studies are analyzed and presented for the reference of academic institution and policy makers.
