    摘要註: 本研究採用問卷調查方式,以瞭解臺灣義務役期對於抗壓程度的培養是否具有其關聯性,並藉由個人退役後的背景資料分析,尋求對兵役價值及事業發展影響論證之資料,以提供臺灣在轉型募兵制後,未來兵役制度役期規劃及有志服役的青年之參考,重要發現如下:(1)義務役期時間與抗壓程度達顯著差異水準,並呈正向低度的相關性;抗壓程度與兵役價值、事業發展彼此間均具有正向中度的相關性。(2)義務役男在「不願役」的情況下,經過役期時間的體驗,仍傾向認同服役所帶來的價值。(3)雖然服役對事業基礎與發展助益的整體平均值顯示出認同傾向,但仍有相對多數的義務役男認為,因為服役的關係而影響其事業的發展。(4)服役20個月役期時間的抗壓程度最高,服役12個月的最低。(5)組織調整幅度愈大,顯現出成員的抗壓程度愈低。(6)服役時間過長,將降低退伍後對於事業發展具有助益的認同程度。 研究建議:(1)調整軍中管理模式,落實訓練要求標準。(2)維持組織穩定發展,結合社會專業技能。(3)賦予明確責任要求,大量運用士官幹部。(4)明確役期制度規劃,建立靈活退場機制。(5)完善募兵效益評估,組建堅實國防戰力。 This research used questionnaires survey to get to know the obligation service in Taiwan, is there any connections about compressive strength of soldiers. To analyze the reservists’ background, service system value and business development information, etc. to provide suggestions for the young people want to go to serve in the military for volunteer and military service system in the future. The important of discovery such as: (1) the connection of obligation service and the compressive strength is highly positive obviously. The connection of compressive strength, military service value and business development are middle positive. (2) After military service experience, in the condition of “I don’t want to serve in the military” for obligation system which is tend to endorse the value of military service. (3) Although the results of military service and business development are tend to agree the value of military service, but there is lots of obligation service’s man thought the military service will influence their business in the future. (4) The highly compressive strength of soldiers are served in the military for 20 months, the lowest compressive strength of soldiers are served in the military for 12 months. (5) The organization change variety, the lower compressive strength for the member obviously. (6) To serve in the military much longer, it will be decrease the opinion that will affect business development value after retire from the military. Suggestions: (1) To adjust the mode of military management and make sure of training standard. (2) To maintain the stable organization development and integrate the professional society skill in the military. (3) To assign and require authority clearly and use sergeant as many as possible. (4) To clear the service system and establish the mobile retirement mechanism. (5) To estimate and complete the value of volunteer system and well-organized National Defense combat power.
